About Stuart Turner Bits & Pieces

After more than ten years at the helm our proprietor, David Schofield, took a much-deserved retirement in 2019 we wish him well. The operation and ownership of the business is now under the stewardship of Dr Ed Hammond. Operations have now been relocated to a modern workshop facility in Winford, south of Bristol.

We are committed to the continued delivery of the highest levels of engineering and service for the rebuilding and refurbishment of Stuart Turner marine engines, including R3M, R3MC, P5, P6, P55 and P66 models.

Our shop stocks complete engines and most of the parts that are needed for rebuilding your engines yourself.  We have a large stock of used engine spares not yet listed on the website.  Please contact us with your requests.

Since there are not enough hours in the day to offer everyone the free telephone support they would like, I have now made as much information as possible available online.  If you would like to learn more about how to maintain these engines yourself or establish the age of your own engine, please see the free to download information sheets in Owner Resources section of the website.  If you have any historical resources or how-to-guides that you would like to share, please email them to me and I will add them to the archive.
